Use this form to register for instructor status. Please provide the information requested for our records. When a human being has verified that you are a bona fide instructor (which might take a day or two), we will inform you. You should then go to the log-in page, type in the email address you used to register, and click the "Forgot password" button. The software will automatically send you a temporary (15-minute) password that you can use to log in. You will then be asked to define your own private password. Once you have done so, you will be free to access the information available only to instructors.
